All the questions from all over the world end up on here as well as on the US, British, Canadian etc sites. One of the only differences between is the Aussie and US sites is that "Check Spelling" corrects for Australian spelling and not US spelling.



If you want questions generated only from Australia, then on the home page go to the very bottom of the category list and click where it says "Show" and choose Australian questions only instead of All English questions.
