Because some of our indigenous people are related to the southern indians, apparently they walked over before the land split, thousands of years ago, and it was proven by DNA, but not all are related

both r native people........few Indigenous Indians who lived before Aryan Indian invasion & few Indigenous Australians who lived there before European Australian invasion.

It's because they lack access to clean water and nutrients that would otherwise improve their quality of life. But I see they both live in unsanitary conditions.
