Its generally associated with Australisia and Oceanaia. Sometimes, we are called Asia/Pacific.
New Zealand has its origins as continental debris off Asutralia, so we have origins from Australia.
We have a lot of ties with Asia in our economics and probably have a lot more in common with that than with Europe, which pretty much established modern NZ!
