All Australian telephone numbers have eight digits preceded by a two digit State code. You have a seven digit number there and there have been no seven digit numbers for some years.
To dial an Australian number from the UK you first dial the International Code which varies from country to country but is usually a series of 0s and 1s.
The UK is 00
You then dial the country code for the country you want to call, in this case Australia which is 61
You then dial the State code omitting the zero so if you were calling Sydney you would dial 2
You then dial the 8 digit telephone number.
So a call to Sydney from the UK would be 00612XXXXXXXX
You do not have a State code nor do you have an eight digit number so you won't be able to dial the girl in Australia.
